What we collect

- Guests: the details you give us when you book or contact us (name, email, phone, stay dates), through our website, our booking system or a booking platform.

- Website visitors: basic technical information our website host collects to run the site (for example pages visited and browser type).

- Staff text messages: the mobile number of each staff member who agrees to receive work texts.

How we use it

- To manage your stay, answer your questions and run the property.

- To send staff the work texts they agreed to receive (see our Staff SMS Terms at https://www.peacevalleysanctuary.com/sms-terms).

Sharing

- We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business (for example our booking system, payment processor, email and text-message providers), and only as needed for that service.

- Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

- We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

- Staff can stop work texts at any time by replying STOP.

- You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing alerts@peacevalleysanctuary.com.
